Access Settings → "My subscription" from the Settings sidebar. Here you can see:
You can upgrade at any time. The price difference is automatically billed, proportional to the remaining period.
From Settings → "My subscription" you can cancel the subscription. After cancellation:
The "My invoices" section in the Settings sidebar displays the complete history of invoices issued by the platform for your subscriptions.
Note: Invoices issued by the platform refer exclusively to AgroTrading subscriptions. Invoices between partners (for commercial transactions) are managed directly between the parties, through the order messaging.
I cannot upgrade the subscription.
Check if you have a valid payment method associated with the account. If the problem persists, contact [email protected] with details about the current subscription.
The invoice does not appear in the My invoices section.
Invoices are generated after payment processing. If the payment was recent, wait a few hours. If it does not appear after 24 hours, contact [email protected].
I cancelled the subscription but am still being charged.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. If you notice charges after the expiry date, contact [email protected] with proof of cancellation.
