Access to AgroTrading is exclusively invitation-based. Each new account is created through an invitation issued by the platform, and subsequently by an already validated user, which maintains the quality of the ecosystem.
How to create an account?
At each login, the platform displays the Welcome back! screen, where you will see the list of trade names associated with your account.
After activation, you log in with your email address and password. If you forgot your password, use the "Reset password" option from the login screen.
At the first login, the platform guides you through a 5-step interactive tutorial. It offers a quick overview of the main features:
AgroTrading allows the registration of multiple entity types, each with specific roles and features. All accounts undergo a validation process before activation.
Company Account – Aimed at legally registered legal entities (LLC, SA, cooperatives, commercial companies, etc.).
Sales Agent Account – Aimed at individuals who intermediate the sale of products or services of other companies.
NGO Account – Aimed at associations, foundations and other non-profit entities legally registered.
Public Institution Account and Liberal Profession Account – Aimed at public administration institutions and, respectively, professional offices or companies with a tax identification number.
Your profile is your business card in the AgroTrading ecosystem. A complete and professional profile inspires trust and facilitates commercial connections.
From Settings → Legal data you can view and edit the official company information: Tax ID, Company name, Legal representative and position, County, city, address and postal code.

AgroTrading allows you to manage multiple brands within a single main account. Each trade name functions as a separate entity, with its own products, stocks, feed and orders.
How to add a new trade name?
Depending on the active subscription, you can manage multiple trade names simultaneously.
I cannot log in.
Check if the email address is correct and use the "Reset password" option if you forgot it. If the problem persists, contact the support team at [email protected].
My profile appears incomplete to partners.
Complete all fields in Settings → Legal data, add the logo, cover photo and a detailed activity description. Select the company roles for better visibility.
I cannot add a new trade name.
Check your current subscription limit. If you have reached the maximum number of allowed trade names, consider upgrading your subscription from Settings → My subscription.
