Your feed is your voice in the network. It is the space where you inform your partners, promote your products and build professional visibility.
What can you publish?
Access the feed from the sidebar and press the post editor. You have at your disposal:
Every message is an opportunity to build trust. General messaging is the private communication channel between you and your partners, independent of orders.
Use general messaging for discussions not related to a specific order: presentations, quote requests, clarifications about profile or production capabilities.
Each order has a dedicated chat, accessible from the "Messaging & Order Documents" tab of the order details page.
Difference from general messaging:
The platform keeps you updated on everything happening in your account through the notification system. Notifications appear on the bell icon in the top menu and, simultaneously, via email.
The "News" section in the sidebar keeps you informed about new features, partnerships, active campaigns and useful resources.
I am not receiving email notifications.
Check the Spam folder and make sure the email address in the account is correct. If the problem persists, contact [email protected].
Feed posts have no visibility.
Make sure you have an active partner network. Posts are visible to connected partners. Add relevant hashtags, images and maintain a consistent posting rhythm.
I cannot send messages to a partner.
Check if the partner is in your network (connection accepted). General messaging only works between connected partners. If you are not connected, send a connection request from "Discover Partners".
Messages from an order are not appearing.
Access the order from "My Orders" or "My Sales", then go to the "Messaging & Order Documents" tab. Order messaging is separate from general messaging.
