Access Settings from the sidebar or from the profile menu (avatar). The Settings sidebar contains four sections:
The first tab contains the company's legal data. This information is displayed in your public profile and in documents generated by the platform.
Here you manage the bank accounts associated with your company. The page displays a table with existing bank accounts.
Press "+ Add bank account" to configure a new account. Fill in the bank, IBAN and associated currency.
Note: Bank data is not publicly visible. It is used only within direct transactions between partners.
Here you manage company addresses: warehouses, pickup locations. Addresses are used in product listings (stock pickup location) and in order details.
The maximum number of addresses depends on the active subscription (up to 10 pickup locations).
This tab contains the contact details of the primary account user:
The last tab contains the account security tools, organized in four sections:
Change email address – You can update the email address associated with the account.
Change password – Enter the current password, then the new password and confirm it.
Tip: Use a strong password: minimum 8 characters, combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
The section displays all sessions logged into your account.
This option allows you to request the permanent deletion of the account. The action is irreversible and will remove all data, listings, orders and connections associated with the account.
Important: This action is irreversible. Think carefully before requesting deletion. If you just want a break, you can deactivate listings and keep the account inactive.
I cannot edit the legal data.
Make sure you have pressed the "Edit" button in the Legal data tab. If the button does not work, check the internet connection and reload the page. If the problem persists, contact [email protected].
I forgot the current password and cannot change the password.
Log out of the account and use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen. You will receive a reset link to the email address associated with the account.
I see active sessions I don't recognize.
Immediately disconnect unknown sessions (individually or "Log out of all sessions"). Change your password and verify that the email address has not been modified. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected].
I cannot find the option to add a warehouse.
The option can be found in two places: from Settings → My addresses, or directly when creating a stock ("Add new warehouse" button in the Stock pickup location section).
