Public Institutions and Liberal Professions

In addition to companies, agents and NGOs, AgroTrading includes two types of accounts with adapted features: the Public Institution account and the Liberal Profession account. Both benefit from the basic platform features, with specific particularities.

10.1. Public Institution Account

Who is it for? Public administration institutions: city halls, county councils, government agencies, educational institutions and other public bodies.

What can it do?

Publish quote requests for purchases or services
Initiate collaborations with companies and suppliers on the platform
Participate in community projects alongside NGOs
Access the "Discover Partners" section and the messaging module
Receive and send connection requests

10.2. Liberal Profession Account

Who is it for? Professional offices and companies with a tax identification number: law offices, notary offices, architecture offices, accounting firms, design offices and other forms of practicing a liberal profession.

What can it do?

Publish professional services in the Services tab
Receive direct orders from companies
Collaborate with partners in the ecosystem
Participate in projects and initiatives
Access all communication and discovery tools

10.3. Similarities and differences from the Company account

The basic features are similar to the company account: profile, network, messaging, feed, notifications, settings. The main differences are:

Dedicated visibility – public institutions appear in their own discovery section, not alongside private companies.
Focus on collaboration – public institution accounts are oriented towards quote requests and projects, not direct sales.
Liberal professions – oriented towards offering professional services, not towards trading physical products.
Relationship with AgroTrading – as with all account types, AgroTrading is not a party in contractual relationships between users.

I cannot find the right account type at registration.

When creating the account, select the entity type that best corresponds to your activity: Company, Sales Agent, NGO, Public Institution or Liberal Profession. If in doubt, contact [email protected].

I don't know if I should choose Liberal Profession or Company.

If your activity is conducted as a professional office or company (law, accounting, architecture, etc.), choose Liberal Profession. If you have a classic commercial company (LLC, SA), choose Company.
