13.1. Posting rules

What is allowed:

Products compliant with current legislation
Raw materials, ingredients, finished products
Equipment, machinery, spare parts
Professional and consulting services
Assets and infrastructure (land, warehouses, buildings)
Donations to NGOs
Collaboration requests and commercial offers

What is prohibited

Illegal, counterfeit or expired products
Offensive, discriminatory or inciting content
Spam, repetitive messages or aggressive advertising
Photos without usage rights or misleading images
False information about products, prices or companies
Any content that violates the platform's Terms and Conditions

13.2. Sanctions

Violating posting rules can lead to the following sanctions, applied progressively:

Warning – notification of non-compliance, with a request for correction.
Deletion and blocking – non-compliant listings are deleted, and the publishing feature is temporarily blocked.
Suspension – the account is temporarily suspended, with limited access.
Permanent deletion – the account is permanently deleted in severe or repeated cases.

13.3. Conflict resolution

In case of a conflict between users, AgroTrading provides resolution mechanisms:

Amicable resolution – encourages parties to resolve directly through messaging and negotiation.
Traceability – the platform keeps the complete history of orders, messages and documents.
Mediation – the AgroTrading team can provide mediation support in complex situations.

13.4. Legal documents on the platform

From the "Terms & Conditions" section of the platform, you can access the legal documents you accepted at registration:

Privacy Policy – how your personal data is protected.
Cookie Policy – how the platform uses cookies.
Terms and Conditions – the general rules for using the platform.

You can send the AgroTrading team suggestions, feedback or requests through the dedicated form, accessible from Settings.

The suggestions form is not sending the message.

Make sure you have filled in all mandatory fields (Subject and Message). If the form does not work, send the suggestion directly to [email protected].

I have a conflict with a partner and cannot reach an agreement.

Try amicable resolution through messaging. If that does not work, contact [email protected] with details about the situation and the IDs of the orders involved.
