Pricing, Stocks and Logistics

After creating a complete listing, you can return at any time to the "Prices and Stocks" page to add new stocks, modify prices, update logistics data or manage existing stocks.

4.1. Prices and Stocks page

Access this page from "My Products" → the "Prices and Stocks" button on any product card.

Stock tabs

Stocks are organized into six tabs:

All – overview, all stocks regardless of status.
Active – stocks available for sale.
Donation list – stocks marked for donation to NGOs.
Expired stocks – stocks whose expiry date has passed.
Deactivated stocks – stocks manually removed from circulation.
Donated stocks – stocks that have already been donated to an NGO.

4.2. Adding new stocks

You can add as many stocks as you want to an existing product. This is useful when you have different batches (other SKUs, other prices), multiple warehouses or different expiry dates.

Press the "+ Add stock" button and fill in the same fields as in the initial listing: SKU, quantity, minimum order, price, delivery time, logistics data and warehouse.

4.3. Editing product settings

Press the "Edit product settings" button on the Prices and Stocks page to modify the general settings:

Currency, unit of measure, country of origin
Expiry date, crop year
Agent commission (enable / disable / modify percentage)
Transport conditions (temperature control, ADR)

4.4. Stock options

Each stock can be managed individually. From the "Options" menu of each stock, you can:

Edit – modify the quantity, price, SKU, logistics data or warehouse.
Donate stock – mark the stock for donation to an NGO.
Set as unavailable – the stock remains in the list but cannot be ordered temporarily.
Deactivate stock – completely remove the stock from circulation.

4.5. Automatic logistics estimation

The platform automatically calculates logistics estimation based on the entered data. This estimation appears when creating the listing, in the options dialog of each stock and in order details.

Per unit: Volume (m³), Net weight (kg), Gross weight (kg).
Totals: Total volume (m³), Total net weight (kg), Total gross weight (kg), Pallet estimation.

4.6. Warehouses and pickup locations

Each stock must be associated with a pickup location (warehouse). The platform allows configuring multiple warehouses:

You can add up to 10 locations, depending on the subscription.
Each warehouse has a complete address and is visible on the map.
When adding a stock, you select the warehouse from the "Stock pickup location" list.
Buyers can see the pickup location and access the "View on map" button from the order details.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can add as many stocks as you want, each with its own SKU, price, quantity and logistics data. This is useful when you have different batches or multiple warehouses.

From the "Prices and Stocks" page, access the stock options and select "Edit". You can modify the price, quantity, SKU and logistics data.

The platform automatically calculates the estimated number of pallets needed to transport the entire stock quantity, based on the declared dimensions and weight. It is an indicative reference, not a definitive calculation.

From the stock options, select "Donate stock". The stock will appear in the "Donation list" tab, visible to NGOs in your network (details in section 9).

The maximum number of pickup locations depends on the active subscription (up to 10 warehouses).

Common Issues and Solutions

The listing appears as "Incomplete" even though I filled in the description.

A listing is considered complete only after you have fully completed both tabs: listing data and prices and stocks (including SKU, price, quantity, logistics data and warehouse). Check Tab 2 of the listing.

I don't know what packaging type to choose.

Select the type that corresponds to the actual transport method of the product. If you deliver in bags, choose "Bag"; if you deliver in bulk, choose "Bulk". The packaging type influences the logistics estimation calculation.

The logistics estimation seems incorrect.

Check the entered data: net and gross weight, dimensions and quantity. The estimation is calculated automatically based on these values. If the values are correct and the estimation seems wrong, contact [email protected].
